Chicago’s Davis Brothers recorded Disco Funk as Davis Import on AVI Records in the late 70s and early 80s.

Their early incarnation ‘Howeefeel’ released just one 7″ on Contempo Records in the U.K. only. Recorded in 1977, People Of The World is a Crossover-Soul masterpiece with a massive open drums funk break.

Making it’s debut on Family Groove Records, this is the first time this song has seen the light of day.
